A small board, with care.
Our team selects and edits the posts you see. They are summaries of public organizer information, not messages or endorsements from other residents. The board currently has no resident accounts, direct publishing, comments or private chat.
- Keep it local and useful. Share public Lompoc-area activities, ways to help or practical community notices. Include the organizer’s public link and the details neighbors need.
- Keep it respectful. We do not publish harassment, threats, discriminatory attacks, scams, spam or private accusations about another person.
- Protect personal details. Leave out children’s names and photos, private home addresses, health details, private invitations and personal contact information. Use a public organizer’s information.
- Be clear about what is known. Give dates and times in Pacific Time, the public location, cost and any registration requirements. If a detail is unknown, say so.
Suggestions arrive by email and may be edited, declined, corrected or removed. Preparing the form does not submit anything online. You review the email draft and send it yourself; your sender address will be visible to our team.
A post is not a reservation, childcare arrangement, organizer partnership or confirmation that an activity is still available. Use the organizer’s own details before making a plan.
If something needs attention
Use “Report this post” on a community card or “Report incorrect information” in a listing. You can also email us directly with the title or link and a short description. For personal information or harmful content, say what needs removing without repeating unnecessary private details.
We review reports and can change or remove published information. Sending a report does not automatically remove a post, and we do not promise an immediate reply. If you are visiting soon, confirm the details directly with the organizer.
For a technical problem, tell us what you tried, what happened and your browser or phone model if you know it. A screenshot can help; crop out personal information first.

A few helpful things to know
What does “source reviewed” mean?
We checked the linked published information. It is not a phone call, site visit or guarantee of availability. Review dates and official links help you decide what to check before you go.
How do I get newer local information?
While Moonspace is open and connected, it checks for published listing and community updates about every 15 minutes and when you return after that interval. You can also open About & contact at the bottom of the page and choose “Refresh local info.” Search filters and saved listings stay in place. A successful update is not a new check with the organizer; each source keeps its own review date. If the connection fails, information already on screen stays available. Reopening the site still needs a connection.
How do I share a place or activity?
Open a listing and choose “Share this listing.” On supported devices, choose an app from your phone’s share options. You can cancel without sending anything. If sharing is unavailable, use the public text shown for copying, or choose “Copy information & link.”
How can I find a place or activity?
In Explore, try part of a name, an address or a few words such as “Ryon park.” Words can be in a different order, and accents do not need to match. Your selected dates and audience still apply. If there are no results, try All listings or a broader category.
Where are my saved listings?
Open Saved in the main navigation. Saves belong to the browser where you made them and are not synced to an account. Clearing site data or using another browser may remove or change the list. Older saves lets you review and remove past or unavailable listings; Undo removal is available until you close Moonspace or choose Keep removed. Saving does not reserve a place.
Did my suggestion get sent?
The page only prepares an email. “Review email” and “Copy email text” do not send it. Open your email app, check the draft and send it there. Check your email’s Sent folder if you are unsure.
Can I keep Moonspace on my home screen?
Yes. Open the homepage in Safari on iPhone or Chrome on Android and use Add to Home Screen or Install, if offered. You can also use the website directly. A home-screen icon does not make schedules live or guarantee offline access.
Why did the rocket time or forecast disappear?
Launch plans change. When information is old, conflicting or not precise enough, we ask you to check the source instead of showing a confident countdown. The sky forecast describes expected cloud cover; it is not a promise that a rocket will be visible.
